TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All participants must be aged 18 and over or 16+ with parental written consent.
2. Participants with an existing injury attend the activity at their own risk. Participants should consider whether they need insurance coverage in case of injury during the activity.
3. Refund Workshop/ Class Make Up policy: Please note that we do not refund payments due to change of mind/disease or any other reason or offer Make Up lessons for classes/workshops missed.
4. *You are advised to consult your physician before beginning this or any dance/fitness program/class or workshop. Do not attempt to perform any movement shown or described on AussieTwerk / Vogue Dance Australia/L.A. Dance Studio or AussieTwerk/Vogue Dance Australia/L.A. Dance Studio guest instructor workshops/classes unless you are certain of your ability to implement it without incurring strain or injury. The owner of AussieTwerk/Vogue Dance Australia/L.A. Dance Studio, instructor disclaim any liability for losses or injuries sustained in connection with any advice, activity or demonstration on privates, classes, courses, workshops, hens, birthday and private group classes.
5. Payment must be made in full using our online booking portal.
6. Participants must fill in the registration form prior the course start using our online booking portal.
7. AussieTwerk/Vogue Dance Australia/ L.A. Dance Studio reserves the right to change the time/place of a workshop/class run by Lexy Panterra the period from October 20th to October 22d 2016. Student/Participant/Ticket Holder will be notified of any changes occurred.
8. *If Lexy Panterra workshop/class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollments, refunds will be processed back to your bank account.
9. *If Lexy cancels the workshop/class, refunds will be processed to your bank account. Aussie Twerk/Vogue Dance Australia/L.A Dance Studio is not and will not be responsible for student/participant/ticket holder loss of any time/money/sources in connection with arranging participation in Lexy Panterra workshops/classes.
